Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on trust and estate planning, wealth management, and related tax matters.
Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Oversee all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, estate tax returns, and fiduciary accountings.
Advise clients on strategies for minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Handle complex legal issues related to 1031 exchanges, fiduciary duties, and wealth preservation strategies.
Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to trust and estate planning and administration.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.
