Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of trust administration, or JD with 3+ years of trust administration.
• Experience administering complex fiduciary accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents.
• Manage client relationships by understanding needs, maintaining regular contact, and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent experience.
• Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking updates and documenting exceptions.
• Lead and mentor other account administrators to ensure effective teamwork and dept. goals.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve positive outcomes.
