Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of trust administration experience, OR JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents.
• Manage client relationships by understanding needs, maintain regular contact, and drive asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall client experience.
• Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking updates and documenting exceptions.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
