Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years Trust Administrator experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports the assigned Trust Officer in the administration of trust accounts.
• Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
• Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity; contributes to complex projects and suggests process improvements.
• Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to the appropriate team member.
• Interacts with financial partners and trust clients.
• Assists with account administration functions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Performs daily account activity: posts receipts, enters pending trade orders, raises cash for distributions, enters check/wire requests, submits ACH transfers, handles inquiries, researches discrepancies, and calculates fee sharing data.
