Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of families with face-to-face contacts with youth and families.
  • Represent tribal interests in child welfare matters and coordinate with partners to promote safety and reunification.
  • Monitor ICWA compliance, including active efforts and tribal notification.
  • Provide advanced case management and consultation for complex, high-risk, or court-involved families.
  • Coordinate and advocate for behavioral health, housing, transportation, and education services.
  • Participate in dependency court proceedings and track orders and permanency outcomes.
  • Develop culturally responsive safety plans and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Education
