Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or biological science field required.
• 3–4 years experience in clinical trial registries, regulatory transparency, or drug development with clinical research/regulatory background.
• AMWA certification or equivalent preferred; editing/writing specialty in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong project management and cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide writing support for clinical trial registrations and results postings.
• Plan and execute registrations per regulatory requirements.
• Support Agency Disclosure activities and data redaction processes.
• Coordinate review and approval for registry postings and disclosures.
• Ensure timely completion of studies within quality standards.
