Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Associate, Trial Disclosure to support writing for clinical trial registrations and results postings, including lay summaries and regulatory disclosures. You will plan and execute registrations per regulatory requirements and assist with agency disclosures and data redaction processes.

The role requires a BA/BS in a health field and 3-4 years in clinical trial registries or related areas, with strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or biological science field is required.
• 3-4 years in clinical trial registries, regulatory transparency or drug development.
• Experience in medical writing in healthcare or academia preferred; AMWA certification a plus.
• Knowledge of project management practices; ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete writing activities for timely disclosure of trial data globally.
• Provide medical writing expertise for multiple compounds/projects.
• Implement SOPs/process improvements and training activities.
• Coordinate review, approval, and posting of trial results and disclosures.
• Ensure timely completion of studies within established timelines.
