Job description

We are a leading law firm representing large groups of consumers who are forced into arbitration by corporations. We are looking for an experienced trial attorney to join our team and lead trials. We are hiring at multiple levels, but this post concerns a position for people who can manage and lead a full complex litigation trial including expert testimony on their own. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Lead Trial Counsel at Bucher Law PLLC. The Lead Trial Counsel will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to motions, arbitrations, and trials.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least eight years of litigation experience earned through civil litigation, work as a prosecutor, or work for the Department of Justice.
• Have first-chaired one or more trials.
• Ability to manage and run a small trial team.
• Admitted to practice law in California or Washington.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are helpful to advance your candidacy, but the absence of one or more is not necessarily disqualifying.

• Experience with antitrust cases.
• Experience with mass arbitrations.
• Knowledge and experience with PC video games.
• Graduated from a Top 25 law school or in the top 10% of your class at graduation.
• Annual compensation ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 depending on experience, education, and skills.
• Compensation includes large, guaranteed bonuses tied to trial victories.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance stipend.
• Fully remote—work from anywhere in the United States.
