We are hiring at multiple levels, but this post concerns a position for people who can manage and lead a full complex litigation trial including expert testimony on their own. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Lead Trial Counsel at Bucher Law PLLC. Lead Trial Counsel will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to motions, arbitrations, and trials.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least eight years of litigation experience earned through civil litigation, work as a prosecutor, or work for the Department of Justice.
• Have first-chaired one or more trials.
• Ability to manage and run a small trial team.
• Admitted to practice law in California or Washington.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are helpful to advance your candidacy, but the absence of one or more is not necessarily disqualifying.

• Experience with antitrust cases.
• Experience with mass arbitrations.
• Knowledge and experience with PC video games.
• Graduated from a Top 25 law school or in the top 10% of class at graduation.
• Annual compensation ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, education, and skills.
• Compensation includes large, guaranteed bonuses tied to trial victories.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance stipend.
• Fully remote—work from anywhere in the United States.
