Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New York Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality.
• Hands-on experience handling litigation from intake through trial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within a personal injury practice.
• Oversee case strategy from intake through resolution, ensuring high-quality legal work and client outcomes.
• Handle a reduced caseload of complex or high-value matters.
• Drive litigation strategy, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Ensure compliance with New York legal standards, deadlines, and firm protocols.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, case management workflows, and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
