The Hanover Insurance Group in Tennessee is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our litigation team. You will independently manage a complex caseload from start to resolution, working with claims professionals and insured clients to deliver strategic, cost-effective outcomes and exceptional legal representation.

This is a full-time role with flexible, in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Candidates must be admitted to the Tennessee Bar; Georgia bar admission is strongly desired

Formación

• Admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
• Georgia bar admission strongly desired but not required.
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred.
• Insurance defense litigation experience is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases cost-effectively.
• Conduct pre-trials, mediations, arbitrations, or other legal activities.
• May independently conduct trials.
• Advise claim professionals on evaluations of legal files.
• Negotiate settlements as directed.
• Attend round tables to discuss case status and trial preparedness.
