The ideal candidate will have a J.D., 6+ years of litigation experience, and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience evaluating claims.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies about claim status, demands, and offers.
• Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
