Edikted, a fast-growing Gen‑Z fashion brand in Los Angeles, seeks a Senior Trend Forecaster to lead high-volume forecasting and identify 300–400 unique, commercially viable styles each month. You will drive seasonal trend direction, manage a team of forecasters, and collaborate with the Head of Trend and VP of Development to align insights with product and go-to-market strategies.

Stay ahead of global fashion and social-media signals, maintain a trend calendar, and present decks to inform design

Qualifications

• 4+ years in trend forecasting within fashion
• Strong knowledge of Gen‑Z culture and digital fashion trends
• Ability to translate data into commercial product directions
• Experience leading a team of forecasters
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume trend forecasting for 300–400 styles monthly.

Edikted is a fast-growing Gen‑Z fashion brand, looking for an experienced Senior Trend Specialist to join our Los Angeles team!

As a Senior Trend Forecaster, you will lead high-volume trend forecasting, identifying 300-400 unique and commercially relevant styles each month by analyzing global fashion trends and social media platforms. You will drive seasonal trend direction, manage a team of trend forecasters, and collaborate closely with the Head of Trend and VP of Development to ensure Edikted stays ahead in a fast-paced, trend-driven market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of trend identify 300-400 unique, trend-forward, and commercially viable styles per month across categories
• Research and analyze global fashion trends, street style, and Gen‑Z culture signals
• Monitor social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) to spot emerging trends and viral fashion moments
• Support the development of seasonal and monthly trend direction, including key silhouettes, colors, fabrics, and prints
• Create and present visually compelling trend decks, mood boards, and inspiration packs to inform design and product teams
• Collaborate with the Head of Trend, Head of Fashion, and VP of Development to align trend insights with product and go‑to‑market strategies
• Maintain and contribute to a trend calendar that supports key design, development, and marketing timelines
• Track competitor activity and market shifts to help shape short-term and long-term product direction
• Stay on the pulse of cultural and digital shifts influencing Gen‑Z fashion and behavior Ensure all trend outputs are timely, clear, and actionable for cross‑functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in trend forecasting, color, and style development within the fashion industry Deep knowledge of Gen‑Z culture, digital fashion trends, and the fast fashion retail space Skilled in identifying high-volume, trend‑led styles with a commercial lens
• Strong ability to interpret social media data and translate it into actionable product direction
• Highly creative with a sharp editorial eye and strong analytical thinking
• Proficient in visual presentation tools and trend platforms; expert in using TikTok, Instagram, and other digital trend sources
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Trend Forecasting, or a related field
