Job summary

HDR is looking for a Trenchless Engineer to join its national Trenchless Services team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in trenchless engineering, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include supporting design and field services for trenchless projects, conducting site visits, and developing investigation programs. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a target salary range of $125,000–$150,000 depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience related to trenchless methods.
• Strong writing and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead design and field services for trenchless projects.
• Conduct site reconnaissance visits.
• Develop subsurface investigation programs and prepare project documentation.
