HDR, Inc. is seeking a Trenchless Engineer to join our national Trenchless Services team. The role supports the design, construction, and field execution of trenchless projects including hydraulic fracture, microtunneling, and Direct Pipe.

Responsibilities include desktop routing, site visits, subsurface investigations, and coordination with discipline leads. Travel may be extensive; HDR PMO processes guide project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and PE license required.
• 10+ years of trenchless engineering experience.
• Proficiency with GeoStudio/Ensoft and Bentley geotechnical tools.

Mansioni

• Perform desktop route selection and feasibility for trenchless crossings.
• Carry out site reconnaissance visits.
• Develop subsurface investigation programs to determine feasibility of construction.
• Evaluate surface and subsurface conditions to select trenchless methods.
• Interface with project teams to deliver trenchless design work.
• Prepare field engineering and as-built documents.
• Ensure compliance with HDR PMO processes and industry standards.
