HDR is seeking a Trenchless Engineer to join their national Trenchless Services team. The position involves supporting the design, construction, and field execution of trenchless projects such as hydraulic fracture and microtunneling. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a professional engineering license, and at least 10 years of engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience focused on trenchless methods.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while maintaining communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop route selection for trenchless crossings.
• Interface with discipline leads and production staff.
• Evaluate surface and subsurface conditions for trenchless design.
