Job summary

Monster Tree Service of North Metro Denver is seeking an experienced Crew Lead/Climber to supervise a tree crew and perform pruning and removals to ANSI and company standards.

You will operate an aerial lift or bucket truck as needed, manage rigging and lowering tasks, and enforce industry safety practices while meeting daily production goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading and training a tree crew safely and productively.
• Clean/valid Driver’s License required.
• ISA CTSP certification desired but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to property owners.
• Professional appearance and attitude; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises tree crew while pruning/removals per ANSI and company standards.
• Operate an aerial lift/bucket truck when necessary.
• Perform rigging and lowering for pruning/removals; assist with cabling/bracing per ANSI.
• Enforce safety standards and company safety policies.
• Meet daily production goals and ensure crew safety.
• Coordinate with Sales Arborist before performing work.
