State of Iowa - Executive Branch seeks a Treatment Program Manager for the Woodward Resource Center to lead an interdisciplinary team, ensure timely assessments, and coordinate supports for individuals in need. This full-time role requires background checks and works with a flexible schedule.

The position emphasizes supervision of staff, quality improvement, and collaboration across teams to deliver integrated care in a residential setting in Woodward, IA.

Formación

• Minimum qualification includes a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a professional discipline related to human care and experience equal to one year of full-time work with persons with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities.
• Selectives require QIDP – Registration as a Nurse or a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in a human services area and at least one year of direct hands-on experience.
• Licensure or temporary licensure by the State of Iowa is required where applicable under state law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct an integrated, interdisciplinary team process to address needs and supports.
• Monitor implementation of services and report trends for corrective action.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; administer personnel policies and supervise Resident Treatment Supervisors.
• Collaborate with staff to define, measure, and improve quality of services and outcomes.
