Job summary

Woodward Academy in Woodward, Iowa is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Therapist to join our residential treatment team serving male youth.

The role involves providing individual therapy, group therapy as assigned, completing LPHA assessments, care coordination, and maintaining timely clinical documentation; a Master's in behavioral health and Iowa licensure (or temporary) such as LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or LMFT is required. Flexible weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current State of Iowa license or temporary license (LMHC or tLMHC, LMSW or tLMSW, LISW or tLISW, LMFT or tLMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to assigned youth.
• Maintain a therapy caseload based on part-time hours and supervisor expectations.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy groups as assigned.
• Complete LPHA psychosocial assessments, reauthorizations, and other assigned clinical assessments.
• Complete managed care reviews, treatment collaborations, and discharge summaries as needed.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations as schedule permits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support treatment planning and client progress.
