Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Sr Manager, Treasury Operations & Risk Management to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and insurance programs. You will optimize banking infrastructure, maintain controls, and drive cash strategy across the organization, including integration of new acquisitions and evolving financial needs.

The role requires 8+ years in treasury/finance, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of treasury operations, banking infrastructure, cash management, financial instruments, credit facilities, and treasury best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and 13-week cash flow models.
• Experience managing banking relationships, payment processes, treasury controls, and cash security.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations and cash management optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
• Oversee liquidity forecasting, 13-week cash flow planning, and debt facility administration.
• Manage insurance renewals, coverage evaluation, and claims processes in partnership with brokers and leadership.
