Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Sr. Manager, Treasury Operations & Risk Management to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and debt facilities.

You will optimize cash positioning, manage banking relationships, and oversee insurance programs while driving process improvements across a fast-paced organization. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to translate financial data for senior leadership and to support acquisitions and evolving financial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of treasury operations, banking infrastructure, cash management, financial instruments, credit facilities, and treasury best practices.
• Experience with liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and 13-week cash flow models.
• Experience managing banking relationships, payment processes, treasury controls, and cash security.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships and support treasury technology implementations and process improvements.
• Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment over treasury activities.
• Ensure proper authorization and recording of cash disbursements within pay cycles.
• Lead short-term liquidity forecasting and optimize excess cash returns.
• Develop a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and analyze forecast-to-actual results.
• Oversee debt facilities administration and interest/maturity needs.
• Manage short-term investments and evaluate liquidity and risk considerations.
• Lead insurance renewals and manage claims with brokers and carriers.
