Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, Securities Operations, Banking Operations, Bond Accounting, or related.
4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to manage SOX, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead Treasury Operations to achieve objectives with accurate, on-time processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Direct production and resource allocation across investment portfolio operations and related activities.
Maintain books and records for fixed income and equity settlements, debt issuance, and borrowing activity.
Review and approve complex/high-risk transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
Drive improvements in controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Lead projects for testing/new securities onboarding and system changes.
