HedgeServ, a leading fund administrator, is seeking a Treasury Manager in Dallas to oversee traditional collateral management, margin calls, disputes, and collateral settlements. The role also steers cash management processes and engages with senior Hedge Fund personnel on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in financial services, deep knowledge of derivatives and CSAs, and strong Excel skills with a passion for process improvement and automation in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of derivatives, repo and collateral management.
• Familiarity with CSAs, MRAs, MSFTAs, and clearing agreements.
• Strong Excel and process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee margin calls, dispute resolutions, and collateral settlements.
• Manage cash management processes and wire instructions with swift messaging.
• Engage with senior Hedge Fund personnel on internal development initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and automation to streamline workflows.
• Serve as escalation point for clients and staff.
