Job summary

Equinox seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Treasury team in New York City. You will oversee daily cash operations, liquidity planning, and hedging strategies, reporting to the VP of Finance at our Park Avenue headquarters.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in corporate treasury, proven leadership, and strong analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills to support capital structure decisions across Equinox brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting is required.
• MBA or CTP preferred.
• 8+ years of corporate treasury experience, 3+ years in a management role.
• Investment banking experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and treasury management systems (TMS).
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a small team.
• Proven analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash operations and reporting.
• Lead short- and long-term cash forecasts.
• Manage financial risk and lead hedging strategies.
• Maintain relationships with banks and debt facilities.
• Provide input on capital structure and treasury transformation.
• Invest excess cash and manage short-term portfolios.
• Assist with financial due diligence for M&A and fundraising.
• Partner with FP&A to support budgeting with treasury insights.
• Lead treasury system automation and process improvements.
• Mentor treasury team and ensure compliance with policies.
