Job summary

Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead cash management and forecasting, manage bank relationships, debt administration, and policy across ATSG and subsidiaries. This hands-on leader will build and coach a team, replace manual processes with scalable systems, and drive liquidity discipline.

Aviation experience is not required. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong communication to executives, lenders, and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of corporate treasury operations experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supervising staff.
• Experience managing bank relationships, and banking platform administration.
• Experience with debt administration and covenant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning across ATSG entities and bank accounts.
• Develop and maintain short-term cash forecast and 13-week cash forecast.
• Manage bank relationships, account administration, and payment systems.
• Oversee debt portfolio, covenant compliance, and capital markets support.
• Lead treasury policy, controls, and treasury technology implementation.
