Description:
The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products and serves as a single point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the implementation process. This role requires close collaboration across all Treasury Management Departments, Operations, and other internal Bank colleagues.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery and success of small to mid-level complexity projects and Treasury Management product implementations.
• Track, analyze, and report on projects.
• Plan, organize, and manage large customer complex implementations using project schedules, status meetings, and open communication.
• Manage risks and issues, including tracking, mitigating, and resolving them.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Integrate client tasks and review client deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Plan, execute, and close projects, managing timeline, scope, and quality based on scope, complexity, and size.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects varying in size and complexity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Treasury Management products and their operation.
• Manage operational requirements of medium to large-sized commercial customers.
• Understand Treasury Management products and their operation.
• Offer creative solutions to complex customer problems in the treasury management industry.
• Assess system compatibility between customer systems and Comerica's system, and develop strategies to resolve issues.
• Possess strong analytical and technical skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and good judgment.
