Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in finance or economics; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Willingness to pursue FINRA licenses as needed.
• 7+ years of treasury, finance, risk, accounting, operations, or reporting experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury activities for BNY Pershing broker-dealer with focus on cash and liquidity management and recurring treasury reporting.
• Assist daily US and international funding actions, ensuring compliance with procedures and risk limits.
• Support maintenance of margin requirements, intraday liquidity funding, credit facilities, retail banking activities, and fee management.
• Produce slides, dashboards and materials for governance bodies (ALCO, Board of Managers, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support reporting automation, including AI usage.
• Provide analytical support for treasury projects, forecasting and ad hoc requests across Pershing and BNY.
