What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Treasury / Insurance Risk Analyst at Omnissa, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s cash flow, liquidity management, banking operations, and global insurance programs. You will collaborate closely with the broader Finance organization, ensuring effective management of treasury operations and helping to develop strategic recommendations for investment and risk management initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity.
- Oversee bank account transactions and banking relationships.
- Optimize working capital and recommend investment strategies.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to develop short- to medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Execute wire transfers and funding transactions necessary to balance daily cash positions across 40+ bank accounts in 14 countries.
- Assist in managing debt and capital structure.
- Prepare treasury reports and perform financial analysis for management.
- Execute foreign currency transactions and develop/propose a foreign currency hedging program.
- Analyze and develop a cash pooling structure to ensure timely funding of global accounts and centralization of excess cash.
- Support treasury-related reporting compliance and processes.
- Assist in supporting the management of the Global Insurance Program.
- Coordination of insurance placements for subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Supporting annual renewal of global policies with insurance brokers.
- Monitoring and tracking annual premiums and performance versus budget.
- Ensuring certificates of insurance are updated and accessible.
- Coordinating certificate of insurance requests with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting efforts for the valuation of plant property and equipment replacement costs.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in cash management, treasury, and/or insurance risk management.
- Strong financial capabilities including skills to create and utilize complex financial models.
- Understanding of financial instruments, hedging, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of cash management products and treasury management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Location: Remote - Georgia
Location Type: Remote or Hybrid (location dependent)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
