Senior Treasury / Insurance Risk Analyst

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity
  • Oversee bank account transactions and banking relationships
  • Optimize working capital and recommend investment strategies
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Finance team to develop a short to medium-term cash flow forecast
  • Execute wire transfers and funding transactions necessary to balance daily cash position across 40+ bank accounts across 14 countries
  • Assist in managing debt and capital structure
  • Prepare treasury reports and financial analysis for management
  • Execute foreign currency transactions and develop/propose foreign currency hedging program
  • Analyze and develop a cash pooling structure to ensure timely funding of global accounts and centralization of excess cash
  • Support treasury-related reporting compliance and processes
  • Assist and support management of Global Insurance Program including:
  • Coordination of insurance placements for subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Support annual renewal of Global policies with insurance broker
  • Monitor and track annual premiums and performance compared to budget
  • Ensure certificates of insurance are updated and accessible
  • Coordinate certificate of insurance requests with internal stakeholders
  • Support effort for the valuation of plant property and equipment replacement cost

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • Strong financial capabilities including skills to create and utilize complex financial models
  • Understanding of financial instruments, hedging and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of cash management products and treasury management systems would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Location: Remote, United States

Type: REMOTE OR HYBRID (location dependent)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA preferred

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in cash management, treasury and/or insurance risk management
