Job summary

Eyefinity, Inc. seeks a senior business/systems analyst to shape architecture strategy and oversee complex software implementations. You will collaborate with Data, Product, Systems, and vendors to design integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.

You will lead requirement gathering, create architectural docs, and provide hands-on troubleshooting with business partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/IT.
• 6+ years as business or systems analyst.
• Experience managing vendors per contract and SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and technical documentation for supported technologies.
• Provide project oversight and lead requirement gathering for large software implementations.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Systems, and other teams to architect integrations.
• Serve as product owner in design and implementation of integrated systems.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to troubleshoot issues with partners.
