Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Director of Treasury to scale the treasury function, strengthen cash forecasting, controls, and reporting routines. This role will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and business leadership to support timely, informed business decisions.

You will oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and governance while driving process improvements as SHI grows. Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in treasury required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or related financial operations.
• 4+ years in a management position.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events - 25% preferred.
• Experience owning or leading treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, or related areas.
• Experience in a technology, distribution, reseller, or services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations including cash positioning and day-to-day liquidity visibility.
• Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury services, bank account structures, and related governance.
• Maintain treasury controls, policies, and reporting routines; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide treasury reporting, analysis, and insights to leadership for informed decisions.
