Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst – Latin America to own cash management processes across LATAM, drive daily cash positioning, and support global liquidity needs. You will partner with banks and internal teams, manage TMS integrations, and help shape treasury strategy in a growing global organization while enjoying fully remote work with CT or ET hours.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in treasury/financial ops, a finance-oriented degree, strong Excel and financial modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Minimum of 4 years treasury or financial operations experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with LATAM banking portals and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Kyriba or similar TMS experience a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity planning for LATAM entities.
• Analyze cash flow forecasts, trends and variances across the region.
• Execute international payments, wires and investment transactions.
• Identify and mitigate FX, interest rate and treasury-related risks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for LATAM banking and payment rails.
• Manage TMS integrations, reporting automation and system enhancements.
• Maintain SOPs, group mailboxes and treasury documentation.
• Support audits, M&A treasury integrations and special projects.
