Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate finance with treasury exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with debt agreements and covenant compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations including cash positioning and bank management.
• Manage short-term liquidity to maintain daily operating cash.
• Forecast rolling cash flows weekly and monthly to predict needs.
• Review monthly borrowing base certificates per credit agreement.
• Optimize treasury processes and online banking for visibility.
• Automate cash workflows and improve internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support accounting and FP&A on cash, debt, and projections.
