Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in Corporate Treasury to support FX risk management, intercompany funding, and liquidity optimization across the global business.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax and business teams to manage financial risks, hedge accounting, and treasury systems, delivering reports and insights to senior management.

This on-site role in Charlotte offers exposure to international markets, strong analytical challenges, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance/Financial Risk Management, or Corporate Accounting.
• Experience with FX markets, hedging instruments, and treasury operations.
• Experience with intercompany funding and banking relationships.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FX hedging activities to mitigate currency risk.
• Administer intercompany loan programs, including funding, settlements, and compliance.
• Support net investment hedging strategies and related hedge accounting requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with cash management and banking services.
• Support treasury management systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support cash flows, liquidity positions, and financial exposures to support decision-making.
• Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
