Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support global treasury activities, including FX risk management, intercompany funding, and hedge accounting. Hybrid schedule in the Charlotte office.

The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business teams to manage financial risks and liquidity, enabling strategic treasury initiatives and better decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance/Financial Risk Management or Corporate Accounting.
• Experience with FX markets, hedging instruments, and treasury operations.
• Experience with intercompany funding and banking relationships.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FX hedging activities to mitigate currency risk.
• Administer intercompany loan programs, including funding, settlements, and compliance.
• Support net investment hedging strategies and related hedge accounting requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with cash management and banking services.

Job Description

The Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate Treasury supports the company's global treasury activities, including foreign exchange (FX) risk management, intercompany funding, net investment hedging, banking relationships, and treasury systems. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business teams to manage financial risks, optimize liquidity, and support strategic treasury initiatives.

You will work out of the Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FX hedging activities to mitigate currency risk
