General Mills Treasury is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for North America Treasury Operations. You will support funding, cash management, bank relationships, and risk monitoring for the NA region while partnering with treasury centers globally.

This role offers exposure to debt issuance, derivatives, M&A activity, and strategic corporate projects. Located near World Headquarters outside Minneapolis, relocation within the US is considered.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or operations experience.
• Basic understanding of cash management, banking, debt instruments and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily funding of bank accounts, including CP and investing excess cash.
• Build long‑term cash forecasts with inputs from multiple sources.
• Remediate failed payments and fraud attempts.
• Own SOX controls related to debt covenants, banking websites and cash movement.
• Lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to treasury optimization through process improvements.
