Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the ALM function with critical financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights. You will monitor balance sheet performance and KRIs, and contribute to loan/deposit analytics and pricing initiatives for senior committees.

You will collaborate with treasury leadership, develop benchmarking analyses, and build automated data processes to improve efficiency while ensuring GAAP/FASB compliance and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of financial analysis experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate GAAP/FASB knowledge and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly balance sheet reporting and KRI tracking.
• Loan and deposit analytics including product profitability analysis for committees.
• Develops benchmarking analyses and peer comparisons.
• Supports Asset/Liability Manager and pricing managers with data inputs.
• Builds scalable, automated data processes for treasury operations.
• Documents methodologies and ensures regulatory compliance.
