Job Title

Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Global Treasury function is critical in safeguarding the company’s financial assets and ensuring liquidity
for the businesses, while also providing management with timely and relevant financial analysis for strategic
business decisions.
In this highly visible role you will be primarily responsible for bank account management, and also actively
involved in preparing cash forecasts, daily management reports and supporting daily treasury transaction
functions. You will work heavily in the company’s Treasury Management System (TMS), Reval, to monitor
bank accounts, intercompany loans, foreign exchange exposures, and more. On our team, you’ll have the

About The Role:

  • Support the Corporate Treasury organization across a variety of topics
  • Monitor and analyse corporate-wide daily cash levels
  • Open, amend & close bank accounts, maintain the bank account database and update signatories as required
  • Oversee daily banking activities and transaction processing
  • Review cash transfer procedures to ensure optimal cash flow, minimal payment system risk and maximum security of funds in accordance with company policy.
  • Initiate cash movement of funds via wire transfers or the ACH network
  • Analyse existing accounts and recommend a course of action where appropriate
  • Produce weekly\monthly\quarterly treasury reports for management
  • Implement, amend, and cancel letters of credit if required
  • Work with divisions to ensure they have appropriate banking services and tools to support their business activities and are efficiently using services
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of Reval

About You:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess a university degree in Accountancy or Finance coupled with 3-5 plus years of experience in treasury, preferably with a multinational, highly matrixed organisation.
  • Have strong expertise using Reval Treasury Management System software
  • Proven track record providing accurate and detailed Corporate Treasury deliverables
  • Self-starter, fast learner, confident and able to navigate a complex organization
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong acumen with financial systems, prior experience in Hyperion HFM / Workday is helpful
  • Proficient / advanced in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
