About This Role

Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations, will play a critical role in building a best-in-class Treasury function that directly supports Crusoe’s strategic objectives. This position will partner with teams across the organization, driving efficiencies and process discipline within a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and operationally minded, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse priorities in a results-oriented environment. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of navigating complexity and implementing best-in-class processes and technology.

What You’ll Be Working On

The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations will support key treasury operations functions — including bank partner due diligence, account management, bank fee review, insurance administration, daily payment processing, and cash management — across several billion dollars in monthly cash flows. Key responsibilities include:

Banking Infrastructure
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate bank accounts, including openings, closures, and structural modifications across global banking partners.

  • Maintain the corporate banking repository, ensuring 100% accuracy of account numbers, routing information, and bank contacts.

  • Manage documentation related to banking resolutions, service agreements, and electronic banking platform access.

  • Review, update, and track account signatories, formal bank authorities, and corporate powers of attorney.

Compliance, KYC & Due Diligence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external banking partners regarding new and periodic KYC refreshes, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and institutional due diligence requests.

  • Gather, organize, and submit sensitive corporate documentation (e.g., certificates of incorporation, organizational charts, officer IDs) to satisfy diverse regulatory compliance standards across jurisdictions.

  • Partner with Legal, Tax, and Finance where needed to complete due diligence requests.

Treasury Data Integrity & Administration
  • Audit and maintain master Treasury data within the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), including bank accounts, authorities, and associated activity dates (openings, closings, and activations).

  • Ensure internal controls and internal audit requirements (such as SOX compliance, if applicable) are strictly adhered to regarding bank account documentation and user access management.

  • Assist in compiling regular reports on accounts, authorities, bank fees, etc.

Bank Fee Review
  • Review monthly bank fee analysis statements vs. negotiated pricing.

  • Identify, communicate, and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities by eliminating unused services and renegotiating bank fees.

  • Create and distribute regular reporting.

Insurance Administration Support
  • Assist with insurance documentation and insurance partner requests.

  • Monitor insurance policy invoicing and premium activity.

Core Treasury Operations
  • Support daily treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and electronic payment processes across multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and security.

Strategic Leadership
  • Support the implementation and optimization of a new Treasury Management System (TMS) to automate and enhance daily treasury activities and reporting.

Risk and Controls
  • Analyze, implement, and help maintain a robust risk management framework to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard company data and assets.

Cross-Functional Projects

Support complex, cross-functional projects to solve critical strategic and operational challenges.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate banking operations, or banking compliance/KYC. Experience handling international KYC documentation and FBAR (Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts) reporting.
