Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 3 for our National Healthcare Division. This role travels up to 100% to project sites across the country, leading safety, coordination, and field operations to achieve timely, profitable outcomes.

You will manage subcontractors, schedule, budgets, and QA/QC while collaborating with owners, design teams, and site teams to deliver high-quality healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Safety leadership and site management basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Leads meetings and progress/oac reviews.
• Creates and manages project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budgets and costs via project reports.
• Communicates key project information to owners and teams.
