Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead field crews on multiple projects. You will oversee safety, schedules, and quality while coordinating installations, repairs, and maintenance at client sites.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in electrical field service, strong leadership and communication skills, and are willing to travel as needed. A journeyman or master license is preferred but not required.

• Proven experience supervising field electricians and delivering safe, quality work.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varying project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules and quality.
