Key responsibilities include interpreting railroad documents to derive train speed information, reviewing and analyzing track measurement data for reporting, and operating hi-rail commercial motor vehicles. Additionally, the position involves some vehicle maintenance for rail survey cars and hi-rail vehicles, along with regular housekeeping duties for safety and sanitation aboard government-owned survey vehicles.

Qualifications Required (Skills) :
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical field involving troubleshooting and problem resolution, or a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
