Job summary

Travel Incorporated is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant who can transform complex corporate travel into exceptional client experiences. You will coordinate domestic and international itineraries, offer policy-compliant solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to our valued clients.

In this fully remote role, you will mentor junior consultants, help optimize workflows, and maintain high-touch service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel consulting or a proven track record as a Travel Incorporated Travel Consultant achieving Senior Consultant expectations.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Solid understanding of corporate travel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
• Provide expert travel guidance by recommending solutions that meet client requirements, policies, and business goals.
• Manage itinerary modifications, travel interruptions, and time-sensitive requests with confidence and professionalism.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistently exceptional service.
• Mentor and guide less experienced consultants by sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and promote operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with specialized responsibilities as needed, including after-hours fulfillment and group travel.

This is a fully remote (non-mobile) position with a set schedule. Flexible scheduling is not available.

• Based on business requirements, assist with specialized responsibilities, including after-hours fulfillment, Hotel eDirect, Vendor Hold Forms, group travel, and government travel.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Experience3-5 years of experience in corporate travel consulting; orA proven track record as a Travel Incorporated Travel Consultant consistently achieving Senior Consultant performance expectations.
• You should also possessExperience coordinating complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
• A solid understanding of corporate travel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts, competing priorities, and changing demands.

Technical Skills

You should be proficient in working with:

• One or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Travel management platforms.
• Contact center technology.
• Microsoft Office and other commonly used business applications.
