Job summary

DOWL is seeking a Transportation & Structures Project Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead and deliver complex projects with a balance of technical and business skills. The PM will manage single-discipline and multidisciplinary efforts, driving client satisfaction, staff leadership, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil, structural, or transportation engineering.
• PE licensure in primary state or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience.
• Driving is an essential job function or valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, schedule, and budget development for multiple projects and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with leadership and support roles and mentor project staff.
• Review technical drawings and documents; resolve technical issues with project staff.
• Develop business opportunities; identify and pursue leads; help win projects.
• Maintain frequent client/partner interactions and manage communications.
• Plan schedules, ensure timely deliverables, and lead project meetings.
• Prepare scope of work and fee breakdowns; monitor and adjust project financials.

Education

ABET-accredited BS in civil/structural/transportation engineering

PE licensure or eligible within 6 months
