In This Role, You Will

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Blue Yonder Cloud Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Stay current on Blue Yonder Cloud TMS features and best practices through benchmarking, user conferences, and knowledge sessions.
• Evaluate and share insights on system upgrades and tools to enhance transportation processes.
• Help execute process and strategy improvements related to supply chain transportation projects.
• Apply knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS functionality to optimize strategy execution.
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, document processes, assist with training, and support go-live activities.
• Partner with the Solutions team to lead TMS strategy, support system integration, UAT, training, and contribute to the evolution of the global TMS template.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with experience in Transportation a plus.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Cloud TMS, especially in Order Management, Planning, Visibility, Dock Scheduling, and Shipping.
• Experience with system integrations such as SAP ECC, SAP SCM, Four Kites, or Syncada is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work independently.
• Curious and eager to explore new technologies.
