Job summary

The incumbent will lead projects from concept to completion, conduct meetings, manage sub-consultants, and coordinate with internal departments while ensuring deadlines are met and plans are certified.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Indiana Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Not less than 8 years of experience in Transportation Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete project from concept to completion.
• Conduct meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Client contact and coordination with sub-consultants.
• Coordinate with internal departments and teams.
• Assemble supplements, proposals and engineer's reports.
• Certify contract plans and designs.
• Meet deadlines and manage project scope.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Team Leader.
• For invoicing, make recommendations and ensure confidentiality.
