Otak seeks a Senior Transportation Project Manager for its Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA office. You will oversee delivery of civil and active transportation projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver safe, sustainable solutions across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

You will apply standards (AASHTO, ADA, MUTCD, ODOT, WSDOT) and guide final PS&E packages, while mentoring staff and advancing Otak’s community-focused design. A hybrid work schedule is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with ability to obtain registration in Oregon and Washington within six months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering with emphasis on transportation, infrastructure, drainage and utility design.
• Strong technical background in roadway, multimodal, and transit infrastructure design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary transportation and transit projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client goals and ensure profitability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
