Qualifications

• Experience managing transportation projects for public agencies (highways/bridges).
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, including Caltrans/network contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management for California public transit agency accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, pursuit planning, and relationship management.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for high‑quality outcomes.
• Support business development and pursuit activities.
