Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold a PE and/or SE certification, have 10+ years of progressive PM experience, and possess a strong civil engineering background. Relocation is available to support the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year university.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversees design and execution of structural and roadway projects.
• Manages client relationships and business development efforts.
• Prepares contracts, scopes, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Ensures project profitability through schedule and cost control.
• Leads project teams and mentors junior staff.
• Represents the firm in meetings and client communications.
