Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years progressive experience in project management.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) certification required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural and roadway design projects.
• Oversee client relations, budgets, and scheduling for the Green Bay office.
• Assist in business development and pursue new clients.
• Mentor project managers and technical staff on projects.
